I have been in martial arts for over 20 years and have been lucky enough to Travel the World - Pro fighting ,Coaching Team USA and promoting Ring Of Fire Promotions. I have always believed in the possative promotion of all full contact fighting sports which is the main goal of my web site.
My school AFC Kickboxing in Middle island,NY has trained over 12 World champions which have been seen on ESPN,MSG,Fox Sports,and PPV.
We train all level of students for full Contact Kickboxing,Low Kick ,Muay-Thai,Sanda,MMA,Boxing,and Self Defense.
My Best Martial arts experiense was being a guest on the Walker Texas Ranger Show "Legends".
