That's my favorite Hemmingway quote, and goes for my new realization for fight training.  Wobbly preparation = wobbly mind during the fight = dumb mistakes & missed opportunites.

Dedicated conditioning = cool & confident mind, as well as a body built to win.  So it's all about the iPod mix, pushing out 5 more reps at the gym, focus inside the dojo, and then look out!
