mma, gardening, all out door activities like hiking, biking, swimming, etc. I love to read when I have the time but pretty much anything physical is good for me ;)

I am married with no kids...just 2 feline children. I have loved mma for over 10 years but have been too busy to actually practice it myself. Now that life is slowing down...slightly...I do wish to take some for of martial arts. I just can't get enough of MMA!!
