I train in the style of Koga Ryu Ninjitsu under my Sensei Luis Aviles. Traning is always rigourous and there is never a day that I dont sweat.( ewww =P ) Nevertheless, I always train hard whether anyone is watching or not beacuse at the end of the day if you dont the only one your cheating is yourself.
