mon-wed-fri i train completely stand up for 4 hours doin every aspect of stand up by rounds. i train 5 min rounds at a time doin anywhere from 15 to 20 rounds with 2 min breaks. i start with stretches, conditioning, move to shadow boxing, bag work outs, focus mitz, kick shield, sparing, then full go one on one fights with team members.
tues-thur i train completely ground, same style with work out rounds. stretches, conditioning, wrestling, submission gettin in n out of them, train 60% go on ground game all aspects, and one on one full go.
