Currently an instructor of a Modern Army Combatives Level I Familiarization class, designed to give deploying troops some situational hand to hand combat techniques before they head to the desert.

We hold 7-hour training days where our troops are given all that we can give them before sending them to the warzone. We always start with a detailed briefing on the background of the program, the advantage to solid ground fighting techniques, and the fact that the DEFINING CHARACTERISTIC OF A WARRIOR IS THE COURAGE TO CLOSE WITH THE ENEMY. From there we will spend the remaining hours teaching our troops several techniques such as: arm trap and roll, passing the guard, achieving the mount, escaping the rear mount, escaping the headlock, and some front take-downs. As far as finishing moves are concerned, our troops do leave our class with some solid hands-on familiarization with chokes and arm bars. We typically find time to show some classic UFC Fights on the projector and every class ends with students sparring for dominant body position.

24 years old, from Rochester, New York and currently residing in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. A Drill Sergeant in the US Army Reserve who was mobilized to Ft. Dix as an Instructor. My unit stood up and now operates a US Army Regional Training Center, where we provide situational training to those troops heading overseas.

- Modern Army Combatives Level II Instructor Certified
- US Army Drill Sergeant

Been a huge fan of Mixed Martial Arts since I caught glimpse of the Ultimate Fighting Championship 2. Aside from continuing to climb up the Modern Army Combatives Instructor ladder, I am looking to study more Jiu-Jitsu on the civilian side, as well as begin training on Muay Tai, Boxing, and some Judo.

Currently looking for a place to train and broaden my MMA horizons in the Lower Bucks County, PA area. If you know of this place, give me a shout.
