Hi there, I don't know what happened, Iresponded to your message that day.  It is really great to hear from you, I hope all is well with you, John, and the kids.  My back is still not 100%, that is why I haven't been training, but I have been teaching on Thursday nights.  I am going to try advanced class tonight and see how it goes, it's been almost a year now.  Hope to see you guys soon.

haha woah mentioned on the mat eh?  I keep meaning to give a ring but its 3 hours difference here. life is definitely the shizz...can't beat it when your life is your board, your beer, and your friends...just traveling and finding adventure...can't wait till summer!
