We are a boxing, kickboxing, and self defense program located in Kingston Pennsylvania. We have several trainers available to help you with you whether it's fitness or competition. We are USA Boxing certified coaches. We have the only licensed female boxing coach in NEPA.

Our head trainer Sean has over 13 years training experience in boxing, kickboxing, and Jeet Kune Do concepts. He is a former Local/ Regional Toughman Heavyweight Champion. He served as the head trainer for the Stroudsburg Boxing gym for over 3 years. During that time span he was influential in the training and conditioning of over 6 state and district golden gloves champions. He has trained with former professional kickboxer Kevin Bell, professional boxing trainer Abraham Johnson,and former professional boxer Bill Sharkey. He is also affiliated with former WBA Champ Bruce Seldon, IBF Flyweight Champion Marc "Too Sharp" Johnson, Women's Champ Lisa "Too Fierce" Foster, Kickboxing legend Larry Ingle, JKD instructor Paul Vunak,Coach Lee Shabaka, Kru Rich Raciti, and Jesse Harris.
We also have Justin "Maple City" Kid Savato who has golden gloves boxing experience, and 13 years of training also.
Our head fitness trainer Cheryl has over 10 years of training in boxing, and kickboxing.She is the only licensed boxing coach in NEPA. She is currently working towards certification as a JKD instructor.
