Kickboxing and Boxing

In addition to running his gym, Chris Cardona is also a professional actor, and he has used his fight expertise and fight scene choreography experience in numerous FILMS, TELEVISION SHOWS, and THEATRE PRODUCTIONS. He has worked with Sandra Bullock , James Earl Jones, Danny Aiello, William Devane, Steven Segal, Woody Allen, James Gandolfini, Whoopi Goldberg, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Robert Deniro. He has costarred in an Indie Film with Sandra Bullock, playing a boxer, played the lead role on the FOX show COP FILES, and 2 episodes of the HBO series, THE SOPRANOS as Johnny Sac's bodyguard. Most recent work includes the recurring role of Carlo's Thug on ABC's ONE LIFE TO LIVE and a featured role on LAW & ORDER, SVU. and he just finished shooting a fight scene on THE GUIDING LIGHT, playing the Thug-for-Hire, along with former Heavyweight Champion Lou Savarese. Most recently he was cast in the co-starring role of Detective Jake Barba on the hit series LAW & ORDER: Criminal Intent, which aired Dec. 13th, 2007.

My name is Chris Cardona, and I have been actively involved in the Martial Arts and Kickboxing/Boxing for 30 + years. I am the owner of the Bellmore Kickboxing Academy where we train amatuer and professional boxers, kickboxers and mixed martial artists. We are celebrating our 14th year in business.
As a Full Contact Kickboxing/Boxing TRAINER, Mr. Cardona's fighters have won these titles:
Intercontinental Pro Heavyweight Championship, USA Pro Featherweight Championship,
Tri State Pro Heavyweight Championship, NY State Pro Heavyweight Championship, NY State Pro Heavyweight Championship, NY State Pro Welterweight Championship,New York State Amateur Light Heavyweight Championship, and have fought for the IKF World Title , twice and his fighter Bobby Campbell will be fighting for the ISKA World Title on March 8th, 2008 in Switzerland. His fighters have fought at Madison Square Garden, on PAY-PER-VIEW and on ESPN2. Chris is also licensed New York State Boxing Manager.
