Well I grew up liking wrestling and boxing.I watched my first MMA fight on T.V. at the age of 19 and knew then that that was what I wanted to be. At the age of 22 I started training at Pro AM Kickboxing but soon was unable to afford it but still havent stoped training since I left. I still do all the same exercies as I would at the gym but from home for 7 hours a day and run at least 15 miles a day sometime with a wieghted backpack. I train very hard everyday to the best of my abillity so I can better myself body, mind, and soul. It,s hard finding fights but never giving up! Im working hard and it starting to pay off! I also have trained in the arts of Jiu Jitsu and I am a full contact fighter.
My Background
I grew up in a small 3 bolder (Rockhouse). Sounds wierd but very true. All the best time of my childhood happend there. It was 3 bolder that my great grandfather Cyrio Ewing made into a house. It was there that I lived for a lot most of my life growing up with no electricity or T.V, or even a phone. We would go 20 miles into town to Stater Bros then back to Tenaja. I enjoyed my life so far... diffinatly diffrent from most people! I grew up not having the luxuries most kids do these days and I dont want my kids having to live that way... experince it yes but live there no. So I decide two years ago that I was going to make my dream into a reality and started training in MMA.
My Training style
Well my training is the same as any other fighter. I do ALOT of cardio work!!! Can never be too fast. All that is goin through my mind is how hard can I push myself? So I run at 3 miles a day at least four to five times a day, and jump rope, hit the speed bag, and shadow box. I also do alot of sit-ups, row-boats,crunches,and run up and down 24 flights stairs up and down 4 or five times. I like to spar as much as possible and I have good wrestling skills. I train harder than the person I am fighting no matter who. The reason for that is because if I do that than I will be stronger mentaly and in body.
