Well no training for 2 days now and not because i'm because i'm being lazy but because my necks still in a bad way,today is friday,going rock climbing later and then back to training saturday morning,rolling at straight blast,dhould be fun!!!so fingers crossed my neck gets better soon and back to the grind stone!!!
