22 min of Thai Boxing and Explosives

100 reps of Straight Leg Dead Lifts

busy but happy

So lately I've been busy all around.  My arm is healing from when I got arm-barred by Marloes, and I'm training almost at full power.


The kids Christmas party is coming up at work and I'm helping to organize it, so I'm looking forward to it. 


I gotta rejoin Gold's Gym and gain some more muscle....

training is improving

So...earlier this month I went freelance.  I miss Keishukai a lot, but I have more opportunities to train with different people now.


Lately, I've been improving stuff like leg-locks...I'm really happy because I leg-locked three different people (two guys) in one night in sparring. :D  And I notice my ground game and stand up game getting sharper.  I've been working SO hard with my coach Kunioku-san for like a year and spending a crapload on private lessons, so...
