After hinting at a possible move to a new organization for more than a year, Tito Ortiz didn't sign with EliteXC, Strikeforce, Affliction Entertainment, the AFL or any of his other rumored suitors.

Instead, Ortiz signed a new deal with the UFC in late 2009, headlined UFC 106 in November and then accepted a coaching gig opposite Chuck Liddell on the upcoming 11th season of "The Ultimate Fighter."

Ortiz already has ruffled some feathers with a claim that Liddell recently needed an intervention for a supposed drinking problem. He also caused an odd scene on Saturday with his post-UFC 109 cageside shouting match with Mark Coleman. But UFC president Dana White told MMAjunkie.com it's just the nature of doing business with Ortiz.
