fought mma,kickboxing,pka,aka,in the mid 80's and 90's stoped in 95 to raise a family still train still teach still maintain 10%body fat looking to see if i have a few more years left

studied aikido in japan have 2nd dan in aikido have 2nd dan JKD under Dan Isanto and brown belt in bjj,wrestled in high school also

I mix aikido,bjj and JKD try to find what works best,watch what I eat and a lot of cardio
