I wrestled for 7 years and got into many Freestyle competitions and won a few of them, so I am mainly a ground fighter but I am learning some advanced striking techniques to keep myself well rounded.

My main disciplines are the following:
Wrestling
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Muay Thai

To have a successfull MMA career and hopefully land in the UFC. If not then I can say I tried really hard and still keep my knowledge and help teach others.

My name is Vern aka The Natural Disaster. I'm 21 and I recently began pursuing a career in MMA and Fighting. I have some of the best trainers this state has to offer and I'm going to learn everythng I can from them and utilize it to my full advantage.

Playing in my band. Writing music. Watching WWE and UFC as well as the History Channel and Discovery Channell. I love to learn new things.

I train at the Xtreme Couture MMA and Fitness Center in Centereach, Long Island. The guys there are world champions and UFC fighters respectivly. I train with "King" Ken Hewski in the art of Muay Thai and UFC Fighter Erik Ursek in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
