To grow as a martial artist and an instructor. It is my ultimate goal in training to develop "spontaneous reaction". As an instructor, it is my ultimate goal to produce students who are not only well rounded fighters, but students who understand the true totality of the martial arts.

~"When a student becomes better a better black belt then his or her instructor, it is a happy day!"

Street self defense.

You must login before viewing my schools.

I am a 2nd degree black belt at American Jiu Jitsu Centers of Deer Park. I have been training 9 years and currently teach adult and childens jiu jitsu classes.

I hold a BA in Psychology and a Minor in Japanese Cultural and Language Studies from Stony Brook University. I also hold a Masters Degree from Touro college in Elementary and Special Education.

My philosophy of martial arts is to train more than you sleep. Only through training does one, as Bruce Lee says, "discover the causes of your own ignorance and develope as a person."

The basic difference between and ordinary person and a warrior is that a warrior takes everything as a challenge. While and ordinary person takes everything as a blessing or a curse!

Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Wing Chun, and Kendo.

1. Research your own experience for the truth.

2. Absorb what is useful.

3. Reject what is useless.

4. Add what is specifecally your own.

*The more you "sweat in the dojo the less blood you shed on the street."
-Go rin no sho

Jiu Jitsu.

Decept, Distract, Redirect, Enter, Take the center/heart, and Finish.
