Born in 1946, yes I am that old
Began in Tae Know Do 1972
Went in to Kickboxing, which was just starting
First fight was in 1977 with a young Jean Yves Theriault [ his 3rd, my 1st ]
Have run my own school since 1982
Still spar at every class, of course the students take it easy on the "old Man"
For my 60th Birthday, got back in the ring, it was a real AARP brawl.

Kickboxing and Self Defense, I am very open to new techniques , and try to innovate.
