I am also a CDT (Compliance, Direction, Take-Down) Tactical Master Instructor, a Training For Life Instructor, a Know and Go Child’s Safety Instructor, a LRT (Last Resort Tactics) Instructor, and a Certified private instructor to NYPD, NCPD, Corrections Officers, Court Officers and Security Personnel. I have also been the head of security for the Bellmore Family Street Festival, Past President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Bellmores, and President of the Bellmore Village Merchants Association.

About Us
Jujitsu (literally ``the gentle fighting art'') is an empty handed extension of the sword fighting art of the Japanese Samurai. The actual ancient art is called Aiki Jujitsu. This involves joint locks, throws, strikes, blocks, and chokes. The period of Japanese history between the 8th and 16th centuries was plagued by civil war and many martial arts systems were used, practiced, and perfected on the battlefield. This training was used to conquer armored and armed opponents, with " in close" fighting techniques. One of the strengths of Jujitsu is being able to control an attacker with minimal effort. Children may begin to learn the basics of Jujitsu at the age of 3 to 4, in our Little Dragons program. This class is age -appropriate , in a physically safe environment. Our Mighty Dragons class is for ages 5-6. Our children's beginner classes are for ages 6 and up. Our Teen Class is for ages 13 to 17. Adult programs are designed for personal protection in a security conscious world.
