I competed in the 2005 Pan American Submission Grappling Tournament and submitted all of my opponents earning me the Gold and proving that I am deadly with or without the Gi.
My Goals
I hold a Professor Certificate, an honor only given by the Grand Master himself, for ju-jitsu teaching.Besides training and teaching full time at the academy, I travel regularly to teach seminars to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu practitioners worldwide. He enjoys Kamiyama Sushi, going to the beach and taking my daily nap.

Ryron (pronounced Hee-ron), I am the eldest son of Rorion Gracie I received my black belt from the hands of my grandfather, Grand Master Helio Gracie, In February of 2002 I submited all of my opponents in the 1st Annual International Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Federation Open Championship. In 2003 I competed in the Southern California Pro-Am Invitational super-fight against Todd Margolis and submitted him with a picture perfect arm-bar from the back, one of my favorite techniques.
My Training style
I teach full time at the Torrance academy and I am preparing for my debut NHB fight. Pride FC, The Ultimate Fighting Championship and K-1 are some of the organizations seeking my participation.

My performances in the jiu-jitsu tournament circuit have established me as one of the best in the world.My talents as a fighter can only be compared to my extremely rare teaching skills which have earned me the Professor Certificate, a rarity even within the Family.
