I love comedies as well-Jim Carey movies are great.
I also had a small part in a movie called The Black Cougar. Which was a lot of fun. I did a couple of fight scene's where the black cougar throws me around a bit and then The black cougar mini cougar's flip me around. Check it out at www.blackcougar.com

The first time I felt the love of teaching was when I helped out at a daycare center in Brooklyn, NY while spending a summer at my cousin's house. I taught a little boy how to write his name. It has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever felt. Since then, no matter what field I was in, I always would share whatever knowledge I had with whoever needed my help.
Throughout my life I have had many careers. I went to automotive H.S. in Brooklyn, NY where I studied to be an auto mechanic. In my last year of H.S. my Mom moved us to Lorain, Ohio. I finished H.S. and went on to Northwestern Business College and Technical center in Lima, Ohio where I continued my studies in the automotive field.
While in college I realized a childhood dream of studying the martial arts. The school started a martial arts program taught by Sensei Richard Lee Hardin (my first Sensei.) When I heard about the program I was the first on line to sign up. I studied an art called Gen kotsu-Kai created by a gentleman named Shihan Terry Sullivan.
It was an amazing time filled with a lot of fun. My Sensei, at the time, taught us a lot and instilled the respect and honor that is vital in the martial arts. I reached the level of brown belt with Sensei Richard Lee Hardin and with great regret had to end my training with him due to the fact I moved back to my hometown of Lorain, Ohio. Times were tough and there weren't many jobs available so I finally moved back to New York. The story is long so I won't go into much detail. I'll just say those were the chain of events that led me back to N.Y. and on to my true path.
My greatest success on this path was becoming a father to my wonderful daughter Jessica. Most people know her as Sensei Jessica. She has been a precious jewel in my life and many times my reason for knowing my life has meaning. She is also the reason I am a Sensei. I first meet Kyoshi Allie when I brought Jessica to train and learn the martial arts. I signed her up and joined a week later. As the saying goes the rest is history.
After many years of training with Kyoshi Allie I was given the great opportunity to teach and run one of most successful dojos in the country. It all started with a 1400 sq ft storefront. After four years of hard work and the support of some great students and parents we were able to move to the awesome 5400 sq ft location we now train at.
I feel I have been blessed because of the people I have meet through the dojo, from my students and parents to all the great instructors and fellow martial artists. Since then I have had the privilege and honor to train with some of the most esteemed martial artist in the world. Just to name a few:
