Im 28, grew up on long island and still live here. I work for myself 6 days a week, spend time with my awsome girlfriend(jill) who always supports me in anything i do, other then martial arts and training, i drag race and crew cheif for my best friends radial tire car..like playing cards(hold em) watch dvds and go to bars(but no drinking since im training ;-)!!

Currently training Kick Boxing, Boxing and Muay Thai @ Cannon Fitness Fight Club in rockville centre with Chris "The Cannon" Wagner and Tim "Bring The Pain" Lane..
previously ive trained in kempo karate and some brazilian ju-jitsu..but much rather perfer to stand and strike
