I move on to the professional level and fought my first match in Portland, Oregon for Randy Couture and Matt Lindland's "Sportfight Promotions". My first professional match was ruled a No Contest. but drew the attention of the promoters I Currently am fighting with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (Welterweight)
I have steadily been making my way through the UFC welterweight ranks ever since, beating such opponents as Chad Reiner, Josh Neer, and Sam Morgan.

Fight in the UFC means keeping a promise that I made to someone when I started fighting. I promised Sov Ouk (a local businessman) because he sponsored me in my fighting career and my obligation was to make to the UFC. Sov gave me an opportunity that not many fighters get. The chance to pursue my dream to make it to the UFC without having outside distractions nothing was required from me he just gave me the opportunity and he believed in me.
I earned my associates degree in the field of General education while attending at Dixie State College in St. George UT.My heroes is my dad

I was a triple-threat athlete at Cottonwood High School in Salt Lake City making all-state in football (running back), baseball (third baseman), and wrestling (171 lb division). I went to play running back for Dixie State College.
I had been fighting since adolescence and decided to challenge a real fighter to see if they could beat me since the street fighters were no competition. Since then it has become a lifestyle.The only title I want is the UFC title.

Both Randy and Matt saw potential in me and invited him to train with the world famous Team Quest. I wasted no time in doing so and packed my bags to relocate to Oregon to start training with Team Quest. I did very well in training and quickly secured a spot on the team. I would go on to win my next four professional bouts and keep chasing the dream of one day making it to the Ultimate Fighting Championships in Las Vegas.
My dream begin to unfold as he was one of the contestants on "The Ultimate Fighter 2" on Spike TV on August 22, 2005. I currently living and training in Utah. Visit this site often to see how my preparations for my future bouts are coming!
