I started fighting while is was in the military on a local boxing team.as time went on I got envoled in muay thai and bjj. my current mma record stands at 3-2 my latest loss coming from my king of the cage debut.

I am a boxing,kickboxing,and mma instuctor as well as an active fighter. I fight both superheavy and heavey weight classes.

Fishing,Baseball,Rodeoing,Football,Hunting,and just spending time with my wife.

I try to train as much as posible. I just hav limited people to train with here in West Virgina I am always lookin to meet and train with others with in andout of state.I do tons of things to try and stay in fight shape. In between fightis I Play senoir wooden bat leage Baseball, and semi pro football. My wife don't care to much for the whole football thing she is afraid I might get hurt! At least I stll have fighting

I train a lot in gound work and stand up just to stay well rounded.
