I dont keep track of cardio to be honest I ride bikes and skateboard so I dont worry about running as im fit enough as is and can go 4 rounds easy.

2 Hours of BJJ every day except for Wednesday and Sunday. MMA for an hour every other day. I dont know man I just train for the fun I dont really have a schedule i stick to at all times.

My name is Brandon Robbins, im an avid Martial artist and have backgrounds in Isshinryu Karate and as well as Judo, Wrestling and im currently taking BJJ to round out my skills. I love to Skateboard. Im engaged to be married this October in London to my Fiance' Sasha Chloe Smith. Will be moving June 7th to South wales to live with her in the UK though I currently live in Greenwood Indiana USA.

I wouldn't say I have a style ive all ways melded my martial arts together in the heat of a fight and never favored any over the other so i guess you would call it freestyle. I dont mind standing and trading ive got great power but I love you groudn to because as my Sensei says there's no such thing as a lucky submission.

My Father who passed away in 2005 of lung cancer.
My Brother who is serving his third term in Iraq.
My Loving Fiance' who has supported me for 2 years and 1 day now to be exact.
And my little sisters who make me smile everyday.

I dont feel ive achieved much yet in life but I will be graduating highschool tomorrow May 23 2008 and will be 20 in August so yeah.
