Duke Roufus is one of Americas best known kickboxers. Known for his incredible striking power, he gained international recognition for his incredible one round knock out of Stan "The Man" Longinidis. Along with his brothers and training partners, the Duke and his fighters have competed successfully in virtually every venue of full contact fighting from Muay Thai to American kickboxing rules. Duke continues to fight in events like K1 and maintains a full stable of fighters in his Milwaukee training academy.

HEY MAN HOW DID YOU GET TO THE POINT WERE YOU ABLE TO FIGHT AND TRAIN FULL TIME I AM FINDING IT HARD TO WORK FULL AND TRAIN ALSO
