I have trained in Shaolin Kung Fu under Alex and Chris Vamos. Currently I train in Ninjutsu at the Long Island Ninjutsu Centers under Kyoshi Allie Alberigo. For the past year and a half i have trained in Capoeira under my husband Sempai Fabio Almeida..Both my husband and i run the Demo Team at The Long island Ninjutsu Centers..I love to train. Martial Arts is a way of life..My life!!! And i love it..
