I am currently training at "The Body Shop" in Miller Place, N.Y. and weighing in at 250Lbs. I started powerlifting out of High school and started at 160lbs... I am now a massive Monster but still gentile. I am not cocky at all and hate those that think they are better then everyone. I am up to a 400lb Bench press and 1,200lb leg press.

Looking to meet up with some people to traain with for I know nothing other then lifting weights... HEAVY WEIGHTS!

I am a amateur bodybuilder/Powerlifter.. I am 5'7" and weigh in at 250lbs right now... I am interested in networking right now and getting my website setup for my home business. I am big into sports cars for that is what I currently due in my free time.

Don't have one yet but I am big into knowing how to do propper take downs!
