Hey hows it goin? I'm starting to do a little bit more on my knee, but its not getting that much better so I might have to do the steroid shot. I'm pretty bummed about that and I just got offered a title shot this weekend. Which tells you how bad the super heavyweight division is since I'm winless but getting offered a shot. But I'm going to have to turn it down. Dont want to mess up the knee any worse. I'm in talks to fight next month and in April though.
