Age Specific Training for ages 5-6 7-8 9-12
ADULT PROGRAM
Our adult Jiu Jitsu program is for students ages 13 and up. It emphasizes traing the mind, body and spirit while learning realistic self defense. Our adult students really appreciate the differences between Jiu Jitsu training and standard exercise programs.
Jiu Jitsu is like an exercise program with a bonus! You will learn to defend yourself while you get in shape. Each and every class is designed to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance.
Martial Arts classes are well known for their stress relieving benefits. The emphasis of mind-body graining goes far beyond the benefits of standard, health club type exercise programs.
The confidence building of our program is what students appreciate the most. Nothing can take the place of the security in knowing that you can defend yourself, if you have to.
At our school, everything we teach is reality based. Our instructors work hard to insure that virtually any situation is covered in the classroom under safe learning conditions, so you will be prepared in teh street.
The reason our program is so successful is because we make each class fun and exciting. We have learned that if students are having fun they learn much more efficiently.

Jiu Jitsu is the art of self-defense. From a physical point of view Jiu Jitsu is the best art for a person to defend themselves, because it takes no strength or size to achieve. Jiu Jitsu translated means, "The Gentle Art". From a mental point of view, it teaches you to develop self confidence, improve self esteem, relieve stress, improve quality of life and for children to improve grades and attention span by developing their ability to focus.
